Visitors who access zenvokemanpower.com without registering as an Employer or Employee also affirm that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions each time they use or browse the website. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.
1. Purpose of the Website
The website zenvokemanpower.com has been established to allow Employers to connect with Employees, and to view profiles detailing an Employee’s background, skills, and experience. We act solely as a platform to facilitate this connection.
Please note:
- Zenvoke does not issue any experience or employment certificates to registered members.
- Zenvoke does not guarantee employment, job offers, or the suitability of any candidate.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- The use of the website by an Employer or Employee is deemed as acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms apply to all users, whether registered or unregistered.
3. User Responsibilities
- Members (Employers and Employees) must ensure that all personal details and contact information provided (including email and phone numbers) are accurate, valid, and kept up-to-date.
- Members must not create profiles that contain political, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material. Such profiles will be removed without notice.
- Members must not impersonate any person or entity, or use a false name, or a name they are not authorized to use.
4. Data Security and Privacy
- Zenvoke will take reasonable precautions to protect the information provided by Employers and Employees. However, Zenvoke shall not be liable for unauthorized access to such information by any third party.
- By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the manner in which your personal data will be handled as detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Zenvoke is not liable for any form of loss or damage suffered by a Member through use of the website, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or information.
- Financial or physical loss or damage.
- Any acts, misconduct, or criminal activity by candidates placed through the platform.
- Background verification of candidates is solely the responsibility of the Employer or Recruiter. Zenvoke does not undertake any background or criminal verification of registered Employees.
6. Placement Agencies and Consultancies
- Zenvoke does not provide services to placement agencies, consultants, or third-party recruiters.
- Any payments made by such entities will not be refunded under any circumstances.
7. Modifications
- Zenvoke reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
